If you need to send a communication to your entire database of users, you can do this from within the User List (if you have a large number of users, it is strongly recommended that Groups or Filters be used to break down the recipient list.)
Sending a communication to all users
1. Go to the Users menu
2. Click on Actions > Send Communication to > All Listed Users
3. Select the Communication type
4. Select a template or begin writing in the content section
5. Review the recipient list
6. Confirm and Send the communication, or schedule the email for a later time/date.
